S-5!® PVKIT® EdgeGrab

With the S‑5!® PVKIT® and the S‑5!® mini clamps With M8 thread, framed PV modules with frame heights between 30 mm and 46 mm can be mounted directly on metal roofs without complex rail systems.
The  S‑5!® PVKIT® EdgeGrab consists of the end module clamp made of aluminum, which is pre-assembled on the M8 stainless steel mounting rod and the module support plate made of stainless steel with grounding teeth (ETL listing according to UL 2703).

Advantages over conventional solutions:

The S‑5-PVKIT® is placed on the appropriate fold type S‑5!® Mini Clamp with M8 thread or mounted on the multi-trapezoidal sheet holder MTH.

The stainless steel module support disc of the PVKIT® has optimized teeth that ensure the grounding of the modules enable (UL 2703 Listed).

The contact teeth penetrate the anodizing of the module frame and create a continuous electrical path along the module columns. Therefore, no tabs or wires are required to connect the individual modules together, only to connect one row of modules to another and to ground the entire system. This saves a lot of effort.
