Right to cancel


Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods,
• or, in the case of partial deliveries, from receipt of the last item.

Inform them of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund the value of the goods immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.

You must return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days.

You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right to cancel

There is no right of withdrawal, in particular, for contracts concerning goods,

• which are manufactured according to customer specifications,
• can be individually tailored or made to measure,
• are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs,

as well as in the other legally regulated cases of § 312g para. 2 BGB.
